Summary
The Project “Improvement of Postal Quality Service – An integrated Regional approach aimed at supporting Designated Operators (DOs) in SEE countries” is to improve the methodology and support the implementation of the up-to-date technology, measurement system and other quality of service improvement tools in the participating countries; to enhance quality of service competence and promote the reliability and sustainability of the postal network and global performance in this area.
As stated in the Nairobi Postal strategy, quality is a top priority for postal operators. To further develop a reliable and sustainable global network, the UPU and PostEurop intend to transform strategies into practice by conducting quality improvement activities in the field. Enhanced quality of service capability should be the instrument for improving the overall quality of postal services.
